A lead may qualify for credit under the following circumstances:
1. *Disconnected or Invalid Number*
If the provided contact number is disconnected, invalid, or unreachable, the lead is eligible for credit.
2. *Missing Call Recording*
Leads without a required or verifiable call recording are eligible for credit.
3. *Customer Age Over 80*
Leads involving customers aged *81 years or older* are eligible for credit unless otherwise specified.
4. *Dementia or Cognitive Impairment*
If a customer is identified as having dementia or a related cognitive impairment, the lead qualifies for credit.
5. *Out-of-Area Lead*
Leads outside the designated service area are not considered valid and are eligible for credit.
6. *Language Barrier*
Leads where a significant language barrier prevents effective communication are eligible for credit.

Include necessary evidence such as call recordings, customer details, or other relevant information to validate your request.
